Quartz

Quartz is a durable and practical stone that is an extremely impressive addition to your home or business.

Quartz Worktops

Quartz is one of the most long-lasting surfaces available for your home. Quartz countertops are resistant against scratches and staining. They are also an eye-catching centrepiece to your room that gives off an air of luxury and class.

Quartz is an excellent alternative to natural stone. It is stronger and has fewer pores, making it easier to clean.

Wide range of colours and patterns

Not only does quartz have longevity on its side but it is also available in a wide range of colours and patterns, which allow it to fit aesthetically into any room. Due to the way it is manufactured, there is a lot of choice in how the stone looks. The manufacturing process of quartz also allows consistency over any size of the surface, without changes in the look of the stone that you may observe in natural stones like marble or granite.

Experienced Craftsmen

At Marble Supreme, our experienced craftsmen will be able to help you make the right stone choice for your home or business. We can also cut and install the stone perfectly into your kitchen, bathroom, or any other room, regardless of the room’s size or shape.

FAQs

How thick are quartz kitchen countertops?

At Marble Supreme, we offer choices when it comes to deciding on the thickness of your quartz kitchen countertops. Though generally, the most popular and versatile thickness is around 3cm you can speak to a member of our team if you would like to go thicker or thinner.

Is granite or quartz better for kitchen countertops?

The answer to this depends on what you want. Quartz stone is manufactured and is slightly harder. Due to it being manufactured it is easier to get consistently coloured countertops and other furnishings when using this material. The range of colours is also wider. Granite is completely natural and still incredibly strong; it doesn’t have the consistency in appearance that quartz has but you may prefer the character and uniqueness of a purely natural stone.

How do I clean quartz kitchen countertops?

Use a damp microfibre cloth with warm soapy water to clean up any initial spills. This helps to prevent spills or dirt from being absorbed into the stone. We don’t recommend using any highly acidic or bleach-based cleaning products as these can damage the stone surface
